Civil Works

Civil works consisting of demolition, construction of ceilings, partitions, block walls, flooring of all types and related works is carried out under strict control of experienced foremen, including a safety officer. Our Engineer in charge makes frequent visits to the site to ensure quality control.

All works are carried out as per plans approved by competent authorities. Frequent communication is maintained between various parts of the construction process, to avoid delays.

MEP

All aspects of MEP installations are covered

Air conditioning systems can be designed and installed. This includes Fresh Air handling Units, exhaust and ventilating fan systems

Electrical Installations include running of cables , changing or modifying DBs, lighting and power circuits, voice and data cables, voice call systems.

Plumbing works as required in washrooms, kitchens, pantry, steam and sauna rooms, morroccan baths and drainage connections.
